The use and implementation of proper and effective communication channels is one of the major issues that have been presenting a lot of headache to the nursing community in the US. In fact, this is considered to be one of the major issues that has ended up affecting the level and efficiency of the health services delivery (Kourkouta amp; Papathaniasiou, 2014). The lack of proper communication system between the nurses, between nurses and other health care professionals, and between the nurses and the patients is one of the major issues that has affected the quality of the healthcare services offered in various United States hospitals.
